MICRO ENGINEERING commenced business in 1988. Founder of the company, BILL VAN DEN BOSCH, qualified at technical college in Holland as a ship builder where he served an apprenticeship. He obtained his technical training diploma over these five years.

Bill then went on to work for Improvair in Port Elizabeth for ten years primarily doing sheetmetal ducting. Thereafter he worked as a workshop and classroom instructor at M.L. Sultan technical college in Durban for four years.


Bill moved on to Botswana for six years where he was the technical training officer on the De Beers diamond mine in Opara.

Following this he was the technical instructor for Robertson Spice in Durban for three years where after he commenced MICRO ENGINEERING in 1988.

MICRO ENGINEERING consists of BILL VAN DEN BOSCH plus eight highly qualified staff members.
